SOLUTIONS TO
DIALUP NETWORKING PROBELMS
1. Error 691: The computer you are dialing is not responding, check
the username or password.
If you encounter this problem, check the following:

- Your internet account
maybe expired or you have run out of hours.
- Have you renewed
your account online in the last few days and the payment hasn't been
cleared as yet?
- Your username must
be all in lower case (small characters). Even the first character
must be in lowercase eg. Joe is incorrect, the correct username
is joe).
- Your password is also in lower case unless you specifically
requested for the password to be in uppercase or a mixture of upper
& lower case.

- Make sure Caps
Lock is OFF
- Make sure there
are no spaces before or after the username or password. Re-type
the username and password.
- If all the above
is ok and you are still getting the same error, contact NET200. There
is a possibility the server may be down.
