SOLUTIONS TO BROWSER PROBLEMS

1. Page cannot be displayed.

 
  • Check to make sure you are online (connected).
  • Check the network settings, make sure there's no more than one TCP/IP for the Dialup Adapter.
  • Check TCP/IP settings, disable the DNS.
  • Check the proxy settings in the browser. Make sure this is disable to set to Direct Connection to the Internet.
  • Check the clock on the PC make sure it is not too far out from the actual time.
 
  • Test the connection by pinging the server. Goto the DOS Prompt (or Command Prompt) and type ping 203.26.98.3
  • If ping fails, restart the computer and reconnect. If the problem persist, reinstall the network components (Dialup Adapter & TCP/IP for Dialup Adapter).
  • If ping responds, then disable all Firewall or Antivirus programs
  • Reinstall or update your browser.
