6. I get disconnected every time check my email.

 

There is an option in your email client to hangup after sending, receiving or downloading. Make this is disabled. This is usually the case when you are using Outlook Express.

 

In Outlook Express, click on Tools, then select Options, goto Connection. Untick the box 'Hangup after sending, receiving and downloading.' Click OK.
