- Check the TCP/IP
Settings, if you are running MS Windows, disable DNS.
- Make sure there's
no two or more identical TCP/IP protocol for Dialup Adapter
- Reinstall the network
components
- Check the Modem
settings.
- Update the modem
driver if necessary

- Disable any firewall or antivirus program
- Disable the proxy settings in the browser
- Go to the MS DOS Prompt and ping 203.26.98.3 see if
there's a reply.
- Restart the computer and reconnect.
